What I'm Reading Now...How About You?

I just began a reread of Amanda Quick's Surrender, but I also picked up a copy of Flower Confidential (about the flower industry) as well as Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman's Good Omens.
book - Surrender - Amanda Quick

book - Flower Confidential

book - Good Omens

We'll see how that (reading three books at once) works out. What's on your reading list lately?

Also, my apologies if you're not on Facebook, but I thought I'd mention that I'm running a contest over there, and it ends this Sunday at midnight central time. Just in case anyone missed that. Here's the link for the page: https://www.facebook.com/MyrnaMackenzieBooks

  1. I tried reading GOOD OMENS, but gave up. It was just not for me. My daughter loves it. I can see her copy above my head on the shelf.

  2. Not on FB. Oh well....
Currently in Port Huron, Michigan on way to Alberta with my husband, as well as my sister/her husband in their motor home. Doubt I read much until we get there in next 1-1.5 weeks, as I try to keep conversation going so the driver stays well awake. Am only online now because I couldn't sleep....
It's still good to "hear from you" - makes my life feel more normal, I guess.
    TTYL....

  3. Mary, I haven't made up my mind yet. I like Terry Pratchett and I've enjoyed a couple of Neil Gaiman's books. We'll see whether this one they wrote together works for me. I'm only a few pages in so far. Fingers crossed here.

  4. Elaine, Michigan? You're just in the next state (sort of. There is that little bit of Indiana...or the entire state of Wisconsin between Illinois and Michigan). How awesome! (I'll be in Alberta for a couple of days this summer, too, but not until later).

    Enjoy your vacation!

  5. Newton, Iowa now!
No Internet the last couple of days. Yikes! Internet is my lifeline, LOL!
DO enjoy AB this summer! We'll probably fly home on July 9!

  6. Elaine, it's difficult to be without the Internet, isn't it? I always feel as if I'm missing something important.
