All my life I've been watching people in movies and commercials accidentally spill coffee on important papers, secret documents, keyboards, manuscripts...whatever, but despite the fact that I am a coffee drinker (thank you, teacher's lounge for starting me down that road), I have never spilled coffee on anything that matters. Not a keyboard, not a paper, definitely not a manuscript.
Until today. Ta dah!
(Of course, I guess it's nothing like those scenes in the movies. I can just print out another copy...and already have).
Still, I am proud to say that I have now joined the ranks of clumsy coffee drinkers.
(On a related topic, I was reading a Regency romance the other night where the characters were attending a dinner before a ball, and I couldn't help wondering how awful it would be to spill something on a ball gown during that era. No easy way to clean anything).
Have a wonderful, stain-free day! (What's the worst spill that you can remember)?
