I suppose that these are, in fact, simply elaborate collars, but some of them say jewelry or necklace, so I'm going with that.

Dog and Cat Jewelry?
In my ongoing quest to find interesting things to post, I did a search for dog and cat jewelry. Now what I was originally looking for was actually human jewelry featuring dogs and cats. But that search led me to puppies and cats wearing jewelry, so my focus changed. Here you go:
