Cooking an Omelette, Japanese Style

I'm not sure why I'm so fascinated by these cooking videos (maybe for the same reason I like cooking shows on television. It's more fun to watch than to do it myself), but this is an interesting way to make an omelette. (As for the spelling, in the US, we drop the te at the end--as in omelet--but I'm sticking to the spelling on the video).

Serves 6? With 8 eggs? Man, my family members are pigs. We like 2 in each of ours. They were also pretty plain. We like a bunch of stuff added, like green/red peppers, celery, occasionally bacon or ham, and of course cheese!
Still ... it was neat watching with the paper towel, flipping, etc. Thx.

Yes, I think it was mostly about the show, less about the food itself. Have to have cheese!
