Tilt-shift of the Carnaval Party in Rio de Janeiro

I can't really explain what tilt-shift photography is (maybe because I'm not a photographer) but it creates an image that makes full-size items look as if they are miniature. This video by Jarbas Agnelli is a perfect example.

Must have something to do with being back far enough to widen the screen up. Dunno, but I enjoyed it.

I think it has, in part, something to do with the type of camera (I suppose I could have read the explanation in more detail, but I just wanted to watch the video and not bother with the hows and whys). LOL

I saw the Carnaval parade in Playa del Carmen. The costumes were pretty cool, but hardly anybody was dancing... most of the "performers" were just walking along.

Denis, I would have loved to have seen that. Too bad about the lack of dancing, though. It probably would have added some fun energy.
