How It's Done: Making a Louis Vitton Shoe

I don't own any designer shoes, but I love watching artisans at work and seeing the process.

That stringing must be hard on the hands/fingers. OUCH!
When I worked in an office, I took my high heels in to a shoemaker to be resoled, and I often saw him making shoes for others. It's almost a lost art.

We still have one shoe repair shop in town, but he doesn't make the whole shoe. It looks like so much work.
