How I Learned to See the Recorder in a New Light

When I was teaching grammar school, children learned the basics of the recorder when they were eight years old or so, but the recorder never sounded anything like this.

Okay. I'm awake now. Sure didn't sound like how I played the recorder oh so many years ago in elementary school!

I seem to recall basics such as Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star being taught and the sound was kind of...I don't, know...thin? But that was nothing like Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.
