Parallel Parking Nightmare

I don't know whether to admire this person or something rather the opposite. No, definitely leaning toward the opposite. I can't imagine what the person behind him or in front of him would have thought had they returned during (or after) this process.

My daughter & I watched someone - A MAN - trying to park the other day. He took forever. I know there were easier parks just up the road. He was determined.

I think some people just don't want to walk. I can see that if you have groceries or something heavy to carry or if you're disabled or even if the weather is bad, but if you just don't want to walk an extra block or two, I don't understand that. But then I love walking!

Oh my goodness... what some people will do! I always park where I can find lots of space because no one seems to care if they damage your car... my sister at work came out to find two huge dents in the side of her car one day...

Colleen, I agree. Not that I parallel park all that often, but when I do, I want a big space.

I drive a big car (always have, re long arthritic legs). It isn't that difficult (for me) parallel parking, but then again, I don't try to squeeze into such small spots. There might be a foot in front and a foot behind me, but it's doable.
