This is Why I'm Not a Baker

This will be a short post (I had to finish a book and turn it in so I'm behind on posting), but I'll try to put something extra up later in the day.

I seem to be on a real food kick this week, and I didn't intend to watch this whole video, but then...I got sucked in by the speed and accuracy and the cool machine that substitutes for a rolling pin.

I was watching Masterchef here the other day & the contestants had to make bread in a commercial kitchen for fancy restaurants. It was such a long process, but the bread looked amazing.
